Does Mucinex affect LH surge or ovulation?

I have pretty consistently gotten a surge over the last 3+ months. This month I tried taking mucinex during my fertile window and have not seen a surge. Does Mucinex affect any of this or is it possible that I missed the surge or it’s late this month?

Not sure if it has any affect but 
I tried it this fertile window as well my fertile window was supposed to be the 6th-13th with expected peak in the 11th
I took mucinex on the 3rd and after testing opk with high on the 7th I took mucinex like 20 minutes before doing the deed we also danced the 3rd-8th
Just to be on the safe side 
This was the first time mines changed a bit but I can always feel the cramping pain when I’m about to ovulate as well so I knew the app was off at that point but this was the first time since we started trying in September that this happened and this was the 2nd time we tried mucinex

You may have missed it. You should be testing consistently twice a day

I doubt it was caused by the Mucinex for me but I took it for the first time this month and I usually have 28-29 day cycles and ovulate CD 14-15, but this month I didn’t ovulate till CD 19
