I go back to work after 3 weeks of not working ..

I have a co worker who I’m close with & she always checks in on me . Only one actually .

Anyways , before this loss I was the one to get comments like “omg you’re still so small” or “are you sure baby is okay .. because your belly is not growing honey..”

& let me tell you those comments made me over think & f’n stress . I would have days where I’m like it’s okay to be small I was small in the beginning of pregnancy with my last 2 but then I would have days where I’m looking in the mirror like maybe I should be concerned bc my belly looks like it’s not getting any bigger .. ik every pregnancy is different each pregnancy but unfortunately I went to my u/s appointment alone ..normally my husband comes in with me but since doctor said we’re only going to hear the heartbeat with the Doppler no u/s being done then that was the reason why I went in alone .. yeah well I didn’t expect to go in & hear the news “ I’m sorry but there’s no heart beat”

Like this has been the hardest 3 weeks of my entire life … I found out no heart beat & then having to keep a dead baby inside me for a few days till my d&e procedure was made . Now it’s really been 2 full weeks without my babygirl & I’m just super heartbroken still & anxious to go back to work & see the ones who commented about my belly & mind you there’s women who are pregnant a month or 2 or even close to my due date & I seriously don’t want to talk to any of them .. I feel like it’s going to be even harded talking to the ones who are growing beautiful healthy baby girls /boys & idk I’m lost .. how do I do this please advice
