Unable to lose weight 10 months postpartum
Okay, so i am 10 months post partum from my first ever pregnancy and while breastfeeding i was 69-70 kgs. I stopped breastfeeding around when my baby was 6 months, and my weight came down to 64 through a lil diet and control.
Now my weight is stuck on 64-63, it’s not going lower than that, i am counting my calories, eating in a deficit, working outt. Everything.
