BV issues

Hi everyone!

So I've been battling with BV for a long time. It's been on and off for years now. I have been with my fiancé for 14 years. It's been on and off the entire time we have been together. I have tried everything I can think of but I don't know what keeps making it come back.

Me and my fiancé got into a argument the other day and he expressed in a very mean way that I have smelled bad the entire relationship and he deserves better and he doesn't know what a normal vagina smells like.

The bv does seem to come back more after my menstrual or when we have sex. If we don't have sex for a week or so no symptoms.

The bv started with my ex before my fiancé he cheated multiple times i didn't know but then kept getting bv. Now it has not left since! It comes back frequently.

But another thing I noticed is me and my fiancé broke up for a while. I did have sex with someone else and it never came with him!! No symptoms, smells or anything so that had me thinking. Is it him?! I googled and idk I get all type of answers.

But is it okay for my fiancé to express himself like that to me? He knows how I feel about the bv I mean it's my body! I have low confidence because of it and don't want to have sex much.

Is it time to leave him?
