How many DPO?

One of these would you consider positive for ovulation. I’m trying to figure out how many DPO I am and I’m confused by. Do you do it for when you get the peak or when it’s high or 24 hours after either of those???

The 12th was your first positive opk. That's all you need to look for is your first positive opk. After your first positive opk you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours. So for you that could have been the 13th or the 14th.  So you'd be 2dpo/3dpo. Opks don't confirm ovulation though.
