i was 4w 3d in this pic! what do we think? identical twins..?

At 4 weeks it's hard to see anything but the sack just like in this ultrasound here because a lot of times the fetal Pole isn't able to be seen on an ultrasound until the 5th to 6th week all that I see on this ultrasound really is just the sack I think it's still a bit too soon for you to see the fetal Pole, and heartbeat and everything

Identical twins? It just looks like one sac without yolk sac or fetal pole yet due to being early you’ll be able to see something in a few weeks
