Telling your partner your pregnant

Hi ladies i need help i found out i was pregnant.again on.the 13th of November after having a bad time.i lost my other pregnancy in January it been 10 months.and.found.out.im pregnant again and i don't know how to tell my partner im so worried he wont want this one.either i alreadyhave to children to.him please help i dont know how to tell him!!!
