I want to separate from my husband but neither of us have any savings and have credit card debt.

We have around £110k in equity on our house but we’re in a fixed rate mortgage for the next 4 years.

Can we release some of this money to help him get a place of his own?

I’m hoping I can financially afford to stay in the family home with our two kids.
