How can you up your supply? I know the mother's milk tea, fenugreek, and lactation cookies, feeding on demand, but my nipples can't handle that one, I can only feed for so long before its so sore I want to cry. I'm trying to pump every few hours. And currently I get a little over an ounce between both breasts, my baby is a week old. He already eats over 2 ounces per feeding.
