Panic attack or deug interaction

I took 50mg unisom (doxylamine) around 9:30 to help nausea. Around 5ish i took my 150mg zoloft.

Well i ended up falling asleep around 11, woke up at 12 with my heart racing. Went to the bathroom my body was so shaky. Stood up and it felt like my heart was gonna breast out of my chest. I was having hot flashes, couldn’t sit still, flushed.

Ambulance came my heart rate was only 104, blood pressure stayed around 104/50.

They ended up taking me to the hospital to ease my mind but i kept getting a warm sensation throughout my body and then my heart rate would go up again. They hooked me up to the cardiac monitor, my heart rate was in rhythm the whole time. Anytime i stood up or moved a little my heart would race. Does this sound like a panic attack or drug interaction between zoloft and unisom
