What do you think?
Last week, one of my friends was attending a lecture and she mentioned that there was this guy in the class that people thought was weird. So she decided to give him a chance and sat next to him for the class. Next thing, the guy has started to throw up everywhere and all over her expensive coat which she’s quite pissed off about which in my opinion is an extremely valid reaction to that.
This guy is an adult he should’ve been able to avoid ruining someone else’s property whether it be running out of the classroom or aiming for the bin or even his backpack instead of just sitting there and throwing up all over the place like a child. I mean your body does give you signals before you throw up, as soon as I felt my mouth watering I’d be gone.
However, we told our other friend about this and she thinks we’re being completely unreasonable and should be more sympathetic towards the guy as “sometimes you can’t help it” I mean sure you can’t help throwing up, but you certainly can help where you decide to throw up. I mean you don’t just randomly throw up without feeling sick first and since vomit is a bodily fluid, I do think our reaction is justified.
What do you think? Would you be angry too or would you be more sympathetic?
