No maam, that’s misleading information they gave. Most times there will be two lines when testing LH because that hormone is always present in your system. MAYBE if it was positive, but even that doesn’t mean anything.
No these are both negative so they didn't mean anything. LH fluctuates so you'll usually have a second line on the opk. The theory is that opks can mistake hcg for LH and turn positive but that also means you'd have enough HCG for a pregnancy test. They can't detect HCG before a pregnancy test.
