Feeling lucky this month

I’m feeling lucky because I’ve just had what I would describe as an implant bleed. Followed by 2 very faint positive pregnancy tests. I have a good feeling. Also my boobs are super sore and keep getting cramps. I might be very lucky anybody had anything similar or going through anything similar I must add I tested during the implant bleed and negative and 1 day after they are faint positive so I don’t know yet what the outcome will be but I’m feeling hopeful and something is telling me it might be my month
