So, last night I had the craziest thing happen. I just turned 20 weeks yesterday with my first baby who is a girl! Apparently, after doing more research it’s not a relatively common thing but apparently pregnancy hormones can turn your toilet seats blue!

I took a shower and got dressed, all was normal. About an hour later I went to the restroom before going to lay down. I sat down long enough to pee and got up and my toilet seat was completely blue. I was extremely confused and I looked and my inner and outer thighs were tinted blue! I immediately took to Google and it’s apparently something that can happen to pregnant women. By what I am reading it’s just some weird hormonal reaction caused from pregnancy and not dangerous. Oh and you apparently can’t clean it off the toilet seat.

Has anyone else had this extremely strange experience? If so, what did your doctor say? Did they give you a solution or say if it was okay? I’m still blue 24 hours later so I’m just a little confused and concerned. I was too embarrassed to ask my doctor about it today but I may call tomorrow to see what she says.
