Is it the sac? Miscarriage

I should be 13 weeks today, sac stoped growing at 5 weeks. I finally started bleeding 1 week ago ( not heavy bleeding but I had contractions here and there). Today, this came out. Does it look like a sac? I have an appointment in 2 days and I am hoping to pass it naturally.
