Pregnancy

Good evening everyone please I need your help and advice on this, I did a pregnancy test with urine on the 8th of this month November and I discovered that I was pregnant, so I went to the hospital to do a blood test and échographie, but they notice the pregnancy through the blood test, and she said that am pregnant,but they didn’t see it through échographie,

And she gave me appointment to come back for another check up, she checked and she said that the pregnancy is not yet in the uterus, but the hCG totale is 38, and then another appointment and she check and say that the HCG is 25 and it’s keep reducing each time I go for check up and it’s not normal

And when I went again yesterday it was 8, and I did test urine this morning it’s shows that am pregnant, and I saw a little blood so am confused I don’t know what to do, please I need your advice, although the doctor ask me to come back next week for check up
