Ladies.. is this normal? Health Anxiety and Triggered.

When I urinate in a cup to check ovulation, I more often than not, see skin in my urine... the best way I can describe it, is... like, if someone dropped spider webs in the cup. Is it bladder shedding? idk. But I'm not sure if this is a "normal" thing that others experience, or if it's just me.. I have no one else to ask 😕 More often than not, I see this in my urine.

But I was just triggered today. I have major health anxiety and now don't know if I need to go to the doctor for a checkup on this or what.

I also often get UTI's, but I do not have any uti symptoms now.
