What’s happening? Any advice

I am on cycle day 24 and I went to the bathroom & the weirdest thing happened. I wiped and i could feel it was slippery. When i looked it was a lot of wetness with some blood. I wiped again and more came out. another hour later I went back to the bathroom and nothing just a regular potty break. What the heck is happening? Has this happened to anyone? My normal cycle is a 34 day cycle, too early for my period. Any insight will help. Should I be worried?
