Does pneumonia affect your period?

My last period was from Oct 28th - Nov 3rd and Nov 4th - Nov 12th I came down with pneumonia, in the current moment my period was supposed to start about 2 days ago according to flow, but on my apple health apple it says its supposed to start around Dec 1st, and then on this app it said it was supposed to start a day ago, I shouldn’t be scared of pregnancy because I wasn’t doing anything before nor after I got sick, but I am scared because I keep looking up reasons why it may be late and it keeps talking about pregnancy. Does pneumonia affect your period?
