Concerned about bottle feeding puppies

I’m very inexperienced with feeding puppies and this is my first time. I’m unsure how many feedings they require and I’m aware they should feed every 2-3 hours. However they are very finicky with the bottle. Sometimes they take it and others they don’t. It’s also a struggle because we have their older sibling that happens to be a female and they confuse her with their mother so then they stop taking the bottle after managing to suckle on her.

Idk I wanted to take them to an emergency vet hospital but I stay with my mom so that complicates things. She didn’t really want the puppies and we took them in because a friend wasn’t able to take care of them anymore. And I don’t have my car bc I let my bf use it, I guess I could use his truck but I’m not a big truck driver. Plus the ER bill sounds expensive. The vet bill is also expensive since we have 3 puppies. Two of them will be going to my bf’s dad and we’re gonna keep the other one.

Anyway, I managed to feed them once or twice today and that was it. Every-time I notice them going for our older dogs nipples I try to redirect them to suck on a bottle. They just whine and reject the nipple and shake.

By basically not opening their mouths and just sitting there. So I’m like they’re exhibiting signs they’re hungry like attempting to suckle on our older dogs nipples for food. I just wanted advice from a professional but my mom got mad because I had asked for her help since I don’t have my car rn. She got angry and wasn’t happy and basically made me feel like shit for trying to make sure the puppies weren’t starving.

I’m just uneducated on their feeding schedule and the nighttime especially worries me. I question if I’m supposed to stay up with them as well and feed them? Unlike human baby’s everyone knows they wake up at all hours and a cry means they’re hungry and or wet. However with the puppies I’m a bit more hesitant to get up and tend to them because then my bf gets upset because I guess that riles them up and makes them more vocal to get out of their box area. So they just whimper in their box and I’m concerned they’re quietly starving since they’re forced to be quiet.

I was just worried they didn’t have until Monday when the vet clinic opens to be checked out, but my mom hates the idea of having them so much she makes everyone around her miserable when I bring them up and when I try to do stuff for them.

My mom and I are also VERY different she always hurts or is disgruntled when I want to go out and do stuff. And she never celebrates any of the holidays either. So it’s always met with complaints when I suggest something.

Should I take them to an emergency center? Or is it ok to possibly wait until the weekday?
