Calling Bakers

I absolutely love baking. I bake everything for my family and friends. Recently one of my husband's co-workers who owns a catering company has been asking if I would be interested in baking for her. She has said I can set my schedule, I can set my own rates, I can charge whatever I want and has asked me about placing an order. The problem is I don't know how to charge. Obviously I know I need to charge for the ingredients but I also want to be paid for my time. She has asked for 200 cookies. half of them being a cookie monster theme with chunks of chocolate chip cookie and Oreo. And the other half is just Christmas themed cookies. With the cost of the ingredients in mind how much should I be charging per dozen? I don't want to overcharge her but I don't want to undervalue myself.
