What's this rash?

My daughter has this weird rash/warts around her mouth. It started with redness two days ago then today it looks like this. She's two and in daycare. It looks like warts to me but my husband says it looks like pimples.
We're taking her to the walk-in tomorrow either way but what can this be?

Edit: the doc says it's just from the drool but he took a scraping to be sure.

Looks to me like the start of hand foot and mouth. Have more shown up on their hands, feet or groin area? Could be on the arms and legs too.

If it's on her hands and feet as well, I'd say hand foot and mouth. That said, it looks remarkably similar to mulloscum contagiosum in the early stages before the bumps fully form and get a "crater". It could also be a reaction to the drool (I see she's a bit wet around the mouth). Best to get it checked out! Any other signs or symptoms?
