Please help read this for me..

About a month ago I was told I was 7weeks and 4 days. Today I got a stomach ultrasound not a vaginal for the first time. The baby looks up to date in side but what does this mean Size 3.0mm? That would be measuring too small for my baby.. someone please help me read the scan. Much love ❤️
