Non-viable?? Assurance please 🙏🏻

Hey!

I had my LMP 12/10 and then got faint positive tests from 12/11. Had a blood test with a HCG of 3979 on 14/11. I just had a ultrasound today (12/12) and they said it looks like just yolk and sac and estimated about 6 weeks. I thought I'd be about 8 weeks. There was no heart beat. So now I'm freaking out waiting to hear from Dr tomorrow! Has anyone else experienced this?

Does it mean I'm going to miscarry?? 😢 the last couple of days I've experienced morning sickness too (is this a good sign?!). This will be my 4th pregnancy (I have three kids).

Any experiences good or bad! 🙏🏻
