Whats going on in my bbt chart??

Help me understand my bbt chart. Am I in the luteal phase? Or could i potentially be pregnant? I've tested and it's negative 😓 but I'm also not sure what raised temp means. Help!

A raise in BBT is normal during the luteal phase and during pregnancy. During my last cycle my BBT showed a rise of about 1°F until I started spotting a day before menstruation. Then it dropped back to normal.
