Dermaplaning

What do you guys do for the hair on your face? My hair on my face is insane. I mean long and it’s all over. I have a beard and crazy nose hair. But whenever I shave I break out all over super super bad a week after every single time. I even have my husband who has top line razors do it and still same thing. Is this inevitable or how do you guys combat the hair and acne? I already have bar skin as is. I follow all the tips and tricks and use a new razor every time.
