Aching body after 12 hr shift? Is it normal?

My body is aching after a 12 hr shift and I’m wondering if it’s normal. Usually I don’t ache at all because I’ve gotten used to being on my feet but ever since I got pregnant my body aches especially my pelvis. Like I stood up way too much today. I don’t want to tell my manager hey I’m pregnant can’t you not make us stand up during your hour lecture after work where I can barely keep my eyes open because I just worked 12 hrs and you’re still keeping us here??? But I know I should I keep forgetting to tell her and I feel like it wouldn’t change much, my coworkers worked through their pregnancy just fine and showed up and did our job up until they gave birth.

That was ridiculous but now I’m aching and I hope that my baby isn’t being negatively impacted by the strain my body is experiencing. Has anyone dealt with this before and made it out of the first trimester ok? Not looking for pity at all and I’m sorry that I express myself in a way that seems weak to other people? Just had a bad experience where someone commented on my post that I was seeking pity and not asking for help…as if I want to stress and worry about if my baby will be ok just for attention?

According to that commenter I was “seeking attention and pity” from the people on here…like I can’t ask for advice and express concerns😭
