Anal fissures?

I am experiencing this after doing #2, I Dont know why. This never happened to me before. After my 40s it started happening. It heals and then comes back again but only when doing #2. Anyone has experienced this and what worked for you?

There are things you can do at home to help relieve any discomfort and also help heal the anal fissure. If those do not work you say see the doctor and there’s a special ointment they can prescribe which increases blood flow and relaxes tha anal sphincter muscles to help heal the fissure. If all other things do not work, and you have had it for a long period of time, if it’s considered chronic they can preform some surgeries. The first one they could try is Botox in the internal anal sphincter muscle while cauterizing the fissure to help try and heal it, or they may even recommend cutting that muscle entirely.

Lol I only laugh bc of what happened to my husband. He went to the er once bc there was a lot of blood when he went #2. The doctor asked me to leave the room and proceeded to ask my husband if he is secretly having anal sex with men bc his anus is ripped 😂 He said no, they gave him a CT scan and ultimately told him he’s very constipated and dehydrated. Picked up some laxatives on the way home and he was fine within a couple weeks.

Yes and honestly taking stool softener every day or every other day at night. Hot sit.lz bath when you can. It gets better, just takes some time
