8 weeks neasua fading ??

Hey, this is our first pregnancy after trying for 4+ years. I am now 8 wks and 4 days along. Until about 3 days ago i had a lot of nausea especially in the mornings but it seems to of faded almost completely. Im very worried that this is a bad sign. Our first scan is 3 days away due to a lack of capacity in the south Australian country we could only get in at 9 weeks and i have to wait a minimum of a week to see my doctor with any concerns. Im really scared, has anyone been through this and bubs was okay?? Still tired, emotional and sore boobs come and go :/
