Dandruff or dry scalp?

Dandruff or dry scalp? I’ve tried prescription strength ketoconazole shampoo, shampoo with salicylic acid (this made it worse), tea tree shampoo, and glycolic acid. My scalp is burning, itching, and flaking like crazy and nothing is helping. I’m even losing a bunch of hair. Curious if anyone has found anything that helped them.

Have you seen a dermatologist? it looks like you need to see one

Scalp psoriasis. You need a shampoo with apple cider vinegar OR salicylic acid!

I think you need to see a dermatologist as well. Is your entire head dry and flakey or is it just in certain spots?

Do you ever use a head/hair massager while having some shampoo or hair oil in? I would consider seeing a dermatologist and maybe getting something more prescription grade.
