Going on 10 months now and AF decided to show up once again. Feeling so discouraged  lately... I have an appointment with a fertility doctor this week and I'm hoping for all good news and possibly some helpful advice or medicines to help us finally conceive.  Has anyone had luck getting pregnant after a year? I just feel like it's never going to happen and that makes me upset.
