I went to urgent care today because for the last week the left side of my labia has been red, swollen and in pain. They ran BV and full labs, everything is negative. Yeast is still pending results. She looked at it and said it looked red and raw but no sign of STDs. Plus I don't have any partners. All she could advise me to do is take fluconasol which she prescribed just in case it's yeast and diaper rash cream. What is happening to me?!?! There is no odor, thick discharge occasionally but more like I'm ovulating than yeast and it hurts so bad! But it's not itchy and doesn't hurt to pee.
