Blisters between breast??

I’m currently freaking out it’s 1am I can’t call my dermatologist

Few days ago I had a sweaty rash between my boobs but normally it goes away if I keep it dry and clean. (Usually fungal or yeast infection I’m guessing due to big breast/friction& sweat)

This time I said wonder if I put diaper rash cream if it would help. 2 days past and now it turned into blisters of some sort I’ve never had this happen before?? Can fungal things turn into this? Kinda looks like shingles but I’m only 26, no fevers don’t feel sick nothing.
