Nexplanon and period question

I got my nexplanon birth control on April 27,2023 ok so my period cycle been all over the place obviously so sometimes been shorter or skipped a month or gotten and just got longer and some spotting fast fwd to now I got my period I believe Dec 7th 2024 - today date date Dec 13 but after that I continued to spot so I spotted 8th skipped 9th 10th spotted and stopped the bleeding 11th-12th for a brief moment It’s stopped and started again after the 14th till the 20th spotting,,,

still spotting so I’m confuse line is this spotting or period still
