Need reassurance to my anxious thoughts !

I recently got the paragard IUD so bearly on monday I will have my ultrasound to make sure its in place. Well I found some things out about my boyfriend and I wanna break up with him but I get anxiously worried to get pregnant and break up with him. Well like I said I have the IUD, and we wore condoms I should be super safe from pregnancy right? I know It might sound dumb but again its just super anxious thoughts and they make it hard for me to think realistically
