Help what could this be

I have this very very tiny cut right here. It’s like red , and it look like I peeled some skin off when I look very close. It’s definitely opened but thsi wasn’t here yesterday. Yesterday I just got

off my cycle , I put a boric acid pill in there as I normally do after my period but it was very dry trying to stick it inside could that have caused it? I don’t have May itchiness, no weird smell, no pain during urination nothing at all. I haven’t had sex in months, I did have a yeast infection from some soap a couple of days ago and I wasn’t itching that area a lot but besides that nothing else.
