Periods after endo surgery

Hey lady! I know I post a lot but I need help. So I have had the endo surgery on oct 2nd my first period was 16 days after the surgery. I’m on my 4th period now and my second and third and now 4th period have all been 2 weeks apart. They are all very light and they are somewhat short my 2nd period was 4 day, my third period was 6 days and I just started this one. I’m currently trying for a baby and it’s only been 11 days since my last period. I don’t know what to do. I went to see my doctor but I didn’t tell him about it because I completely forgot and sadly can’t see him until Feb 12th to get me on some fertility meds. Did this happen to anyone else? I’m only on the 2nd month post surgery and I’ve already had 4 periods. Idk what to do.
