What’s the earliest dpo you had preg systems

What’s the earliest dpo you had pregnancy symptoms. I’m very sensitive and I’ll say have a uti and do in and they’ll tell me I’m negative and I’ll go back a few days later with progressing systems and they take new sample and I was right . This happens a lot in many scenarios where I know when it’s barely detectable. I have been pregnant once only two weeks and I had symptoms . My nipples changed color dramatically and light cramp and grew urination , and cravings. Anyways between 2-3 weeks I miscarried but i only Ben tested because I felt different.
