Period for two weeks

So I’m on birth control pills I’m not even on the sugar pills part and I’ve been having my period for basically 2 weeks 🤦🏿this is beyond annoying ash and I’m literally an emotional wreck is this normal? I started the bills maybe a month or two ago well this is my second pack I have there was a week I didn’t take my pill because I didn’t have money to go the pharmacy I don’t know if that’s why I also took a plan b within that mix which was like 2-4 weeks ago. Also was on iud for 2 years before switching to the bills so idk if it’s a normal thing I spoke with my ob and she literally she told me she unsure why I was bleeding from begin with.
