Worried about daughter

Hey guys, i need a little advice as i am currently going through a very confusing and emotional time. I just went over to my hometown for the holidays with my 4 year old daughter. While being over there i noticed that my daughter was scratching her private part A LOT. It's really HOT out there, so i thought maybe from her running around and playing around maybe the itching was coming from the sweat. On Monday, my daughter used the restroom and when she stood up there was a tiny drop of pee on the toilet seat that had a small hint of blood, i wiped her, but nothing. No blood. I got so scared and i rushed to check her down there and i noticed that she had a small amount of discharge mixed with a small amount of blood. It was a very very small amount. I almost cried because i was not sure what it was. that same day and the following day, she was going to the restroom a lot, but just peeing a little. So i thought maybe a UTI. I asked her if anything or anyone had inappropriately touched her, but she said no. Mind you, there was little boys and men in the house, but i never EVER left her out of my sight. I was always aware of our surroundings. But i still asked her, she said "no" so i was thinking okay maybe she has an UTI since she was frequently going to the restroom and just peeing a little, diarrhea, loss of appetite. I too her to the doctor today, since we just got back home. The doctor said no UTI, but sent out a urine sample for further analysis. He did say that she has a stomach infection that will clear up on its own. While i was giving her a bath today, she was scratching herself down there, but since its not an UTI, im just concerned on what it could be? small bloody discharge only one time and that itching that's going on???
