Urgency to pee early on?

Is it just me or has anyone else experienced urgency to pee? I’m barely pregnant- like four weeks in, but I’m having urinary issues already. I sometimes drink water very quickly and a few minutes later I feel pressure like I need to pee even though I don’t. No pain and I’m pretty sure it’s not a UTI- I’ve had those before. I do have interstitial cystitis so I’m not sure if it’s impacting that as well. Just looking to see if this is a normal change.
