Screwed up ?!

Sunday I will be 2 weeks PP. I am trying to pump and bottle feed the most that I can… I have a low supply. He gets about 2-3 bottles a day of my milk and the rest are supplemented with formula. When I pump I get maybe 1oz combined sometimes if I’m lucky I will get more. I also pump about every 2 hours but when I was in the hospital I fear I messed up. They told me to pump every 2 hours but I failed to do so I felt so lost and out of it after the birth I had no idea what I was doing. Now I feel like because I didn’t pump at the hospital in the beginning it hurt my milk supply… I’m worried I’ll never catch up :(
