Just had my first trigger shot! How many did it take you to get your BFP?

I am so nervous. I had a false positive last month (confirmed by lab work taken within 2-3 hours of the false urine HCG, which directions were followed to a T) and it crushed me. We have been on letrozole for three months and today was my first pregnyl shot. I’m trying to manage expectations but also keep hope (what a fine line that is). Did this combo work for any of you? How many cycles did it take?

For a little more info we have been trying for 3-4 years with timed intercourse (which wasn’t super often due to work schedules and not seeing each other). I have had very heavy and irregular periods all my life and doctors just gave me medicine without finding the cause until 5 days before my birthday in October where I went to a new GYN and found out I have PCOS and was definitely not ovulating (even with the ovulation tests saying I was). We started treatment asap and here we are.
