Does this look like Keloid or piercing bump

I got my piercing 3 months ago . I started noticing bumps forming 3-4 weeks after the piercing was done .

I was cleaning it at first . But then I just stopped and started letting it heal without touching/cleaning it .

Every now and then , I would twist it , make sure it move & I would Scrape the crust off.

I don’t have keloid skin , so I wouldn’t think it’s a keloid , but you never know .
