Trying to be optimistic anybody only dtd a few hours before ovulation and still catch?

So I had a miscarriage 6 months ago and have been trying to get pregnant again since. Every month we’ve dtd 3-4 times during fertile week and nothing.

Over Christmas I ovulated much earlier than expected so only managed to dtd in the morning of my second day of positive opks and then I definitely ovulated that night had all the pain and confirmed ovulation with bbt. Anyway my question is did any of you manage to catch pregnant by only dtd the day of ovulation. I know my chances are much less but trying to hold out hope
