Are these signs of Pregnancy

My man and I have been having sex a lot. Multiple sessions during OVU stage. I’m not experiencing tiredness, vomiting, and my breast are sore and leaking when pressure is applied. My last child was 11 years ago and I know some things changed but I took a pregnancy test and it was neg. I don’t know if it is too early to test since my last OVU phase was the 29th but these symptoms are making me wonder. Do you think those are early preg signs or could there be something else wrong???
