What the heck can I take for a migraine?
I’ve googled it and I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for something that actually works?
Prior to pregnancy I would take a bunch of Advil and drink huge amounts of caffeine, but I obviously can’t do that 😂
I do tend towards the crunchy side (outside of my typical migraines lol) so if your suggestion is naturally based, that would be great!
