Chart help please!
This is only my second cycle using bbt so trying to understand why certain things happen. Anyone have insight into why temps would decrease post ovulation?
Temps prior to confirmed ovulation were lower than the baseline ranging from 95.0-96.56 with the last being ovulation day.
Just trying to understand the chart better but also have an idea if this temp trend would likely rule me out for this cycle?
