Happy new year’s ladies! Can anyone give me tips on how to increase progesterone levels after the age of 35 years old? I had two pregnancies in 2024 one in June and one in October. I have 4 children that I am very blessed with we just want one more. So my doctor said that I’m able to have children. He just believes it’s because of my progesterone being low which he says that decreases after the age of 35. I am 36 years old.

My FSH is 8.3

My AMH is 1.915
