Twin pregnancy

I saw my twin (fraternal) babies heartbeats on Monday and both are measuring on track. This was a huge shock after 3 years of IVF, losses and a lot of bleeding. They saw a bleed next to one of the sacs and said that it should heal up but I’ll probably get a bit more brown blood. It’s now Friday and I’m still gettting a bit of brown blood every day. Did anyone else get this? Everything is so worrying all the time. It feels too good to be true at the moment 🤞🏻
